Dynamic Range of Motion

Called DROM for short, we perform this prior to almost every workout.

Generally, we will perform a light jog, row or jump rope to get the blood pumping and to literally “warm up” the body prior to performing this routine.  The entire procedure should take around 3 to 4 minutes at the most. We have slowed down the movements for emphasis on form.  With the exception of the neck, we recommend 8-12 repetitions per movement.  At the end of the demonstration we have outlined a few common mistakes as well.  Enjoy!
