5 burpees

rounds: 12

double unders were doable once i got going, foot still hurting....this was tough. lungs are slow to come back.

100 sit ups (anchored abmat)
100 squats

time: 19:45 (pr)


7/26/10
every minute on the minute for 30 min:
1 squat snatch
20 double unders

completed all 30 min, started with 65#, ended at 70#. had 30-40 sec rest for each round.
