How Do I Start?

Step 1:  FREE CROSSFIT 101 INTRO CLASS – Contact us to get on the waiting list!

Due to our volume of current and prospective members, we are currently only accepting names on a waiting list.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will get you in as soon as possible!  Please contact us with any questions!

This is a free one on one session that will cover the definitions of CrossFit and introduce foundational movements.  This will be run just like a regular class, with a Warmup, Mobility work, Skill work (including pullups for all levels), Workout and a Cool Down!  The class will last about an hour and a half.  Come ready to learn and work hard!

Step 2:  On-Ramp Program – Click here to download the Intro Packet

After your Intro class, you will be paired up with one of our coaches and continue with a 10 session On-Ramp program.  The program is designed to emphasize skill development and exposure to the movements.  The major function of this program is to prepare you for our regular group classes.  We will be hammering technique, both to ensure your safety and success at the next level.  This does not mean the classes will be easy!

  • Introduction to proper warm up/ cool down techniques
  • Understanding progressions from simple to more complex movements
  • Develop an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses
  • The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands…the degree that you push yourself will determine how much suffering goes on.  The class is called “On Ramp” for a specific reason.  Over the course of the month, we expect to ‘ramp you up’ to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our regular group classes

Cost is $250 OR $200 per person if you sign up with someone

 

Step 3:  CrossFit Group Classes

This is where you can challenge yourself in a group atmosphere, play games and strengthen your knowledge of human performance, nutrition and health.  The programming will primarily consist of the Main page WOD.  This is where you find out what you are capable of and how hard you can push yourself, and of course a little friendly competition never hurt anyone!

Monthly Rates:

$150 for 3 classes per week

$175 for 4 classes per week

$200 for Unlimited Classes
 
NO CONTRACTS – WE WANT YOU TO WANT TO BE HERE!!
15% discount for Police, Fire, First Response, Military, and full time students
(no discounts for On-Ramp class)
 
Drop In Rate $15
Participants must be experienced CrossFitters.  There is no charge if you would like to observe a class.
Please give us a heads up before you swing by so we can discuss your CrossFit experience as well as what you can expect from us.
PLEASE NOTE:  We only accept Visa and Mastercard.  Processing fee of 2.75% will be added to all credit card transactions.
