Goals: Do all the WOD as RX’d. Like running.

Athletic Background: None really. I played intramural softball as a kid. I did go through this phase of being obsessed with Indoor Spinning like 10 years ago for about a year; I even subbed in as an instructor at an LA Fitness. But most physical activity was relegated to lifting fork to mouth.

Additional Comments: We are really lucky to have such great Coaches guiding us on our path to a healthier, fitter life. Crossfit is crossfit and you can do it anywhere, but PCF is special and unique as a box. It has been the coaches that inspired me to want to explore the arena of coaching myself. Thank you for always being there to celebrate the smallest of smallest victories. I currently run the CF Kids program at LAX Crossfit, and looking to partner with Crossfit South Bay in their kids program this summer.
