Benchmark WODs:
Goals: Constantly increase my intensity, skill, and overall fitness. Compete at the highest level I can and enjoy all the great people I have met so far since starting CrossFit.
Weaknesses: Double unders, high rep body weight workouts.
Athletic Background: Three sport athlete in highschool, went to college to play baseball but ended up as a gym rat and intramural legend in everything I could play. Worked for the Forest Service for two fire season in Santa Barbara.
Competitions: Ventura Individual Competition 2010, Sectionals 2011
Additional Comments: I love the “cult” of CrossFit and spending time with people who share aunique passion for challenging themselves and supporting their fellow CrossFitters.
