SUP – WOD

Come test your fitness with a workout on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) this Saturday, July 21st at 11am!
We will provide a quick tutorial on how to paddle efficiently, give you some time to practice and then we’ll start running heats around Noon.
All skill levels welcome! When we’re done, we will be hanging out, grilling food and playing volleyball.j
Location is Mother’s Beach in the Marina, click HERE for a map.
Cost will be $10 – RSVP below is preferred, but you are allowed to just show up!

Please park on Panay, not on Palawan. We will meet up near the jungle gym area. The boards will be available for additional paddling after the WOD if anyone wants to paddle more, improve technique, etc. Beaches and Harbors prohibits exchange of money on the beach, so please either pay David at the gym or be DISCREET with payment on the beach. Thank you!
